Prativa Secondary School was established in (2043 B.S.) 1986 AD as a private educational institution with a vision of imparting quality education to young scholars. Gyanmarga, Nadipur, and Pokhara Sub- metropolitan city-3 are conveniently located nearby. 

Prativa Secondary School aims for quality education, high academic standards, and an innovative teaching methodology. The staff members of the Prativa Secondary School hold a decade of teaching experience and can adapt to new teaching techniques such that the students can be able to gain an overall understanding.

Prativa Secondary School offers Plus Two (+2) courses in Science and Management faculty and is affiliated with the National Examination Board(NEB). The school is equipped with classrooms, a well-furnished library, an updated science lab, and a well-developed infrastructure. It has also managed hostel facilities for both boys and girls at reasonable rates.

In addition to offering education up to grade 10, the school has a separate branch located at Gyanmarga, Nadipur.
